Paul Farrow leads the procurement and supply chain logistics function which supports over 1,000 hotels across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific and European markets, holding board-level positions, and delivering procurement transformations in a range of sectors including consumer products, mining, engineering and transportation. Paul’s focus is based on the strategic development of supply synergies and programs to leverage scale, build a high-performance team across the region, and support the deployment of leading e-procurement technology, processes and systems. He also led the development of its group procurement business whereby Hilton provides its services to Hilton franchisee and third-party hotels.
